No I use this one http://www.amazon.com/Cystex®-Urinary-Pain-Relief-Tablets/dp/B000052YF7. It should be OTC at the pharmacy.
I have not tried the preventative version, I just take it when I feel one starting. I have seen others who take cranberry pills daily to prevent them, but I don't do anything like that.
Just make sure you pee after sex (and before if that's possible). That will help prevent them.
