Or you can use a hammer and punch for rear sight. Secure it in a wise and gently tap it out.

I bought one of these recently on Amazon, after realizing I was just going to get into a cyclone of buying and trying different sights until I found something I loved. At $35, it's been an awesome tool for me. It's made of thick gage steel with a heavy pusher bolt. It not only stands up well, but allows me to make sub-millimeter adjustments to a friction-fit rear sight because of the very stiff frame of the sight pusher.

I doubt I'll ever need to buy another one.
