"This is my setup: Cable->modem->OnHub-> This switch ->all Ethernet connected devices & WiFi pucks"

Do you have the pucks connect via ethernet to the switch, or are they just connecting via the OnHub Wifi for the mesh system?

I ask, because what you're describing sounds like a feedback loop in the switch. (See Spanning Tree Protocol). This would definitely be the case if you have the OnHub in front of the switch and the pucks behind the switch. If the pucks are connected to the switch via ethernet, disconnect the ethernet feeding the pucks from the switch.
