I've bought these ones before and was very happy with them - they stayed put despite me being a super sweaty person, and they were reusable for many wears. That said, I think there are a ton on amazon that are virtually interchangeable. I chose these ones mostly because they are on the small side.
I wear only padded bralettes or pasties (or nothing if I'm wearing a thick sweater), I got these pasties on Amazon and they do the job!
