I have similar shower handles and these worked for me. This kit is very nice as it comes with the "socket" tool to remove the old stem. I also went ahead and replaced all three as they were old.

You'll also need a Seat Wrench if you want to replace the seats. Be careful as its VERY easy to strip the seat.
