They did!?! That's way wrong. Being pregnant and not able to absorb folate is very serious, but this still impacts you with out being pregnant. One example is there are a few antidepressants that work for us, but most don't.

I have started taking high doses of D₃ to help compensate for low absorption rates, however it's important to take vitamin K-2 with it so I don't get hypercalcemia. (to much calcium in the blood) K-2 moves it into the bones. Hopefully they have you taking L-5-MTHF 500mcg?
