I don't know about the seats. Still on the 280k Miles originals. The door lock actuators are bad. not expensive. Got mine on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009DK8EYM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . They are Left and Right. They clip into the latch assembly. Hard part is getting the door panel off.
