I have a naviskauto unit off of Amazon that's no longer offered, but don't despair, there are probably 2 revs newer since I bought mine.

AFAIK, I'm the first person to document making one of these work with a new edge. It really is more work getting to the two wires in the steering wheel area than anything else (and even that is more tedious than hard).

If you really want this, I'm happy to be your tech support and if you do it we should write up a guide together.

I still have a slug of extra resistors I bought as a pack when I did this and would be happy to send you as many as you would need if you wanted the extra buttons.

Finally there's this: it occurs to me that the buttons can pretty much go anywhere. You can simply tap into those wires and use a discreet resistance - you could control radio function from a dash mount or whatever.

My top was kinda doing the same, the gray was dust.

So I looked for advice and decided to get Roll-Off and then 303 Protectorant.

I washed the top with car soap and rinsed, then I scrubbed it with a horsehair brush and the Roll-Off, and rinsed it and dried it. After that I got a detail rag and then sprayed a generous amount of the 303 Protecterant and wiped it all over. It looks really nice now and the dark color is back.

Here's what I installed on my factory unit on my Mach to play tunes via my iPhone X + Spotify:

I did upgrade the cig adapter from the Mpow unit to a double Anker unit so I can charge my phone at the same time.

All of this was super simple to install.

For some reason peripherals plugged into my cig adapter will stay powered on even if the ignition is off, so I have to plug/unplug the socket. I have to plug the lightning cable to keep my phone charged anyways, so this works seamlessly for me. Just hop in, plug in and my phone automatically connects to Bluetooth + my phone is right above my shifter for easy access/swiping.

I didnt install any Isolators. Rides and handles great. Need to get it in for an alignment, but it doesnt get a lot of miles so not in a huge rush.

Sorry to hear your sound quality sucks. I'm currently using the Comsoon Bluetooth FM Transmitter which I purchased from Amazon a couple months ago. Quality is good with no static, you just have to tune it to an empty station. I use it to play from my spotify playlist.

2003 Mustang Convertible has the typical leak around the rear glass that ends withe the water pooling in that leather-vinyl pouch behind the rear seat. Rather than replace the top, I decided I'd just stop the issue of the water pooling there, for now. I used a flexseal-like rubber coating on that pouch to make sure it would hold the water and wouldn't seep. Then I cut a hole in the middle and used a 1/2 inch bulkhead fitting to create a drain, and routed some silicone hose out of a factory hole in the passenger side of the trunk, water ends up just behind the rear axle.

If done again I'd probably put the drain on one side or both and use black rubber instead of clear because clear dries whitish. Some water still sits above the fitting but at least it stops water from ending up on the amps or under the rear seat.

I got mine for around $20 on amazon. All you need is the bulbs and will have to wire in a resistor on each side to make them blink normally. I did both sides in about 15 minutes.

I have these since my car came with shitty halo lights. Could/should I put better bulbs in them? They really don't have much visibility atm

I don't know about the seats. Still on the 280k Miles originals. The door lock actuators are bad. not expensive. Hard part is getting the door panel off.
