Boot lacing. Please note that at 20 seconds the laces are inserted from the top of the hole and pulled through toward the toe. I have modified it so you insert the lace from the bottom hole and pull the lace toward your ankle. If you do it like in the video at 20 seconds I found that it will actually twist the metal eyelet. The reason he does it this way is so that it is easier to shoot the lace under itself two steps later. If this doesn’t make sense I’ll lake a new video to walk you through it.
