Not tech, but my parents found my syringes that I use to refill my fountain pen ink and they confronted me with worried faces. Honestly, they're blunt tip and stained blue and green. Maybe they thought I was into some really weird shit.
How about a blunt tip syringe? Also available on Amazon. They're a little more expensive than a plastic pipette, but probably more durable and cooler looking. Might also get you arrested if you decide to transfer aftershaves in a shady looking alley. You can also get a thicker gauge needle from a pharmacy and then blunt it with a wetstone or sandpaper.
