Ok, I see. I might actually start keeping some dude shower wipes in my car because I like the idea of jogging on your lunch break. I could just wipe down really quickly before getting back to work.
Dude showers. A friend brought some to middlelands a few weeks ago and they were clutch. Basically a wet wipe but it's enormous. I used 2 and was completly clean head to toe. Also purchased and used this solar shower. Was hot enough to not even care if it heated up so we never had it in the sun. Held enough for 4-5 showers if you use it sparingly.
My routine is just brush my teeth, wash my face, take my meds, and plan my day. Which is super simple, but was really hard for me to do for a long time. And then I started making each step easier. I had to figure out how to set myself up for success. Which meant shaping things in my life to work for who I actually am, rather than some "perfect ideal" that I had in my head.
Brushing my teeth:
When I made those changes, brushing my teeth got a lot easier. I also keep my bathroom door open and walk around my room when I'm brushing my teeth and flossing so I don't feel trapped by my bathroom. I know some people like using a chair in their bathroom so they can sit down and brush their teeth.
My back hurts if I try to rinse my face in the sink, so all of my face washing can be done standing up: (face mist, leave on cleanser, moisturizer. This is just what works for me.
Also, shower wipes are super awesome for those days when I know I need to take a shower, but also that I can't take a shower.
I really tried to identify what was keeping me from brushing my teeth and stuff, and then tried to change it so that it worked for me. The stuff I linked is just what I personally use and what currently works for me. Being honest with myself about what I needed, what my obstacles are, and what I thought would help me, is what really helped me.
