Looks like a KBParadise V60. Since Matias switches have transparent housings, these are probably Fukka / Fuhua whites, aka Simplified White Alps.

Only use dry lube for Alps switches. This is the kind I was recommended, and the kind that I would recommend.

Hand cream sounds like a bad idea because the oils will eventually lead to buildup. I haven't tried it, but this non-oily PTFE spray was recommended in another thread. It should provide some lubrication without any buildup.

I never got around to ordering it because the improvement from changing bearings was more than adequate. You might want to research what's possible with swapping the MX Ergo bearings. I know the static friction isn't supposed to be as bad as the Elecoms, but it would probably still be a significant upgrade.

PTFE is Teflon, or more accurately Teflon is a brand name for PTFE.

I think what he is talking about is basically using a spray lubricant to coat the bike. Probably something like this

I wonder how long it lasts, my guess is not very long. I think something like a car wax would probably last longer.

I use some Teflon lube whose solvent is an excellent cleaner of bike grime.
