Excellent advice here! I wanted to add that if you find yourself having a really hard time giving up the physical exfoliation, you might want to try a konjac sponge. They're much less abrasive than the brush you're using, but they provide light physical exfoliation that might help you adjust to using a gentler cleanser. If you use one, you want to let it dry out fully between uses (so it can be helpful to have 2 in rotation). You also don't want to store it in the bathroom because the moisture in there can lead to mold growth. Generally, they should be replaced every month.

Personally, I don't think there is a difference. I would choose the ecotools one. I believe it's $5.99
