Full disclosure: I own a Provari and I absolutely love it.
I would go for the healthcabin order. The VMax really is an astounding quality mod. It is the best VV tube mod to ever come out of china and is very well made. Is it a Provari? No, of course it's not. It will likely fail within 4 years. But that's still 4 years of use.
I almost picked up that DSE 601C pipe yesterday at dragonflyecigs (for $24 more than healthcabin has it for). I know I'll end up getting a jazz carto pipe eventually, but for the price, it just seems like a no brainer. Be sure to pick up these to go with the pipe:
