Get you a pair of body fat calipers if you haven’t already as this cheap device can pretty accurately measure the layer of fat between the skin and muscles on your stomach. Another slightly more difficult but possibly more precise way is if you have access to a ultrasound scanner. I’d love to see the change!
Also it’ll be interesting to see if you can pull through all 21 days without eating anything!
If you can’t, perhaps work in ADF instead and see the change from that?
