I have the same issue! I haven't found a permanent fix (it seems like the only real fix is fillers), but these masks by Etude House help a lot! On the one I'm linking to, they're about $10 for 10 of them, and there's enough serum that I can usually use them and store them away so that I can use them about three or four times before I have to open up a new one. I use them about once a week, along with using a vitamin C serum daily (which mostly just clears up my undereye bags).
Etude House Collagen Eye Patch ($8 for 10 patches) depuffed my eyes after a 6 hour flight. Also has a strangely wakening effect, so I highly recommend!
Are there any good masks for hydrating the skin under your eyes?
I found this product and was wondering if anyone here had some experience with it. One of the pictures in the comment section looked really promising.
