The floor condiut that people keep mentioning is definitely the way to go for your cables on the floor, for the cables that run up to the tabletop from the floor however you may want to consider something like this to keep them neat and orderly:

but like I said, its super ugly and i would just hire a contractor to handle it if it was for a proffessional office. or an interior designer.
Wire looms/tube sleeves are great. You can find these pretty easily at a hardware store.
Also you might want to mount your power strip on the desk or wall. They usually have slots on the back for mounting.
You could also check at a few thrift stores to see if you can find some of those cables at a more ideal length so they don't have to be coiled.
Finally, you might consider more wireless gear. It looks like you're a gamer and I also prefer wired gear, but in the end I was happier with fewer cables than lower latency.
