Really all you would need is one of those devices that can copy all of the contents of a USB stick like this (copies 2GB per minute lol) or even just a laptop and a little bit of time. Theoretically, if you could swipe it when no one is looking and its not being used (before or after the show) and copy at least some of the content (maybe just file search "Skrillex"?) and put it back in time, no one would notice.

I would never attempt something as risky as this tho. Certainly not something to attempt during the performance. If you did it the way you described, it would make headlines and be a huge mess. Also, I wouldn't leak everything out of respect for Sonny. There's surely stuff on there that would have consequences if leaked but all the old bootlegs and VIPs would prolly be fine.

The Denon DN-300R, 500R and 700R can record to SD and USB simultaneously for redundant recordings, in MP3 or WAV, not sure if that helps fit your use case... throw it in a 1U rack case and it's fairly portable (or 2u case and you can keep supplies in a 1u drawer, or use a 1U UPS as the "battery" you're looking for). I've only used the 700R, but from a quick search the -300R (cheap at only $199!) and -500R do the exact same thing (the -700R will also record to network stores).

Tascam probably makes a similar device too.

I've never tried the flash drive duplicator, but it should just be able to take the USB stick and dupe it to multiple others, then. I found this one on a quick Amazon search but it looks like multiple people make different sizes of them too.

This doesn't help the CD-side of things, but nothing with CDs was ever quick or easy.
