I personally prefer silicone because it reminds me of baby pacis. The pacis from Baby Pants are good because they have bigger nipples and don't 'deflate' when sucked on. The downside is that they aren't silicone.

The pacis from Aww So Cute are my favorite because they are silicone. Plus I like that they are pretty inexpensive and you can choose from a lot of colors.

Latex kinda has more of a "grainy" texture at times and can be a bit off-putting in my opinion. Silicone adult pacis are better IMO because they are smooth and don't dry out your mouth as fast.

If you want to be really bold, check out these cool Light Up Adult Pacifiers. A friend of mine (not ABDL) has one for playing around at EDM concerts but from what she says, it is comfortable and easy to suck on.
