From Hegel to Marx: Studies in the Intellectual Development of Karl Marx (1968) by Sidney Hook (335pg) deals with exactly this, plus also the influence of Marx's contemporaries Feuerbach, Bauer, Stirner, Strauss, Hess, and Ruge. A similar book, but with a broader scope, is Karl Marx: An Intellectual Biography (2012) by Rolf Hosfeld (190pg).
Please note that I haven't read any of them yet. I just recently pondered exactly the same question as you did, and ordered these books on amazon, so take it for what it's worth.
