You've inspired me, reminded me to meditate. As for what prénatals I take, I read an article/review of the "best" ones and these are what was recommended and what I am taking Garden of Life-Vitamin Code: Raw Prenatal its 3 pills either at once or one 3x/day. I like it because I'm vegetarian, because it lacks a bunch of fillers, but most importantly it doesn't make me nauseous and doesn't smell awful!

This is my go to. Never made me feel bad or give weird tasting burps like some do. It’s raw, organic, no gmo’s... overall I’ve been happy and I’ve been taking them for over a year now. They also make a good fish oil for DHA once you do get pregnant.

I'm glad this is a good place for you! :)

I'm not really sure but started with these Garden of Life ones. Now that I've been taking them for almost a month, I see that it's nearly impossible for me to take 3 a day and want to see if I can find one with 1-2 needed. Picked those because they were highly rated on Labdoor.com.

Since I like organization, I made a spreadsheet with the nutritional values listed on prenatals compared to my regular multi. Surprisingly, my normal one had a lot of the same nutrients!

I take this prenatal multivitamin because Lab Door (independent testing company) gave it their highest possible rating. (I'm not pregnant, I just figured if it's good enough for pregnant women, it should be good enough for me.)
