I'd try one of these invincibles squeaker toys Link: http://amzn.com/B003RQNE7U

They don't have stuffing, the whole thing is the squeaker, and they keep squeaking even if popped.

Another one you might want to try is Link: http://amzn.com/B00CW4RKUK The brand is goDog and they have an extra layer under the fabric to make them tougher. Depending on the type of chewer your dog is, it might work for you.

And the 3rd thing I'd recommend to try is the plush toys that just hold water bottles. They normally don't have stuffing, and its really just the bottle that gets chewed, which you can replace. I don't know if that'd work for you or not.

Or to get her to like her kong - just put a little bit of honey in it and then fill it with peanut butter. That'll keep her occupied for a while. If you want to keep her busy while your at work - Take her dry food and mix it with chicken or beef broth. Then mash it up. Take her kong and coat it with a bit of honey, then fill it with her food/ broth mix. Freeze it overnight and seal the end with peanut butter. Give it to her when you leave. A lot of shelters do this to feed the dogs. It keeps them busy so they don't get bored, and lets them eat.

i have a few suggestions:

KONG WUBBA. the classic kind, not the ones that have cotton stuffing in the top in place of the tennis ball. they've gone down in quality, the squeaker in them seem to last like a day now when they used to last several months. so now the little squeak piece just falls inside the ball and rattles around, but my dogs still love the things, despite his disappointment over them not squeaking. so just dont expect them to make sound too long.

my puppy has this ball toy (giggle ball i think) that makes various animal sounds(they also have one that has human phrases) its a hard plastic ball that comes with batteries and is activated by sound/movement. he wouldn't play with it much until i put inside an old sock and knotted the ends, but after that he loved it.

also godog toys with the "chew guard technology" seem to hold up well. i actually tried tearing the sample of the fabric it came with, but i couldn't. i got my dogs this one, and its super cute too :)

I've found these brand toys to be quite durable. They don't claim to be indestructible, however, they've outlasted longer than any dog toy i've ever bought. Cool thing about the Tuffy brand is that they've created their own "tuff" scale. 1-10...10 for super tough, almost indestructible. So be sure to find the tuff rating mentioned in the description, for each Tuff toy is rated differently on the tough scale. Here are a few links:
