The bulbs were Sylvania brand I bought at Lowes. They are 6500k I believe which is important. The earthing mat I bought is this one. I chose this once because, from what I hear, the sheets wear out over time and you won't know it's no longer working until you have a return of symptoms. This way I don't run into that sort of unpleasantness.
