These keycaps’ price to quality ratio is almost unbelievable. For just $30 USD you get thick PBT and dye-subbed legends. I was skeptical when I saw the price, but ordered them out of curiosity. I was so pleasantly surprised. They look and feel amazing in person. I plan to eventually buy every colorway of them because they’re just that good.
The board I have them on is a GH60 PCB with an aluminum plate in a plastic case with shelf liner and unlubed Gateron Yellows.

Switches: replaced the brown switches with FEI switches

There's so many options it's hard to make a recommendation without knowing more about what you want. These are pretty good.
You could get the Asceny One for $50 and then spend your remaining $30 on these keycaps. Not all white, but a really nice look, then save up for a cheap custom cable or some artisans.
