Get you some wax and wax the inside to a) keep the snus flavors from soaking into the wood and b) to keep them from drying out, and you're good to go.
I like the long and thin one, because I can slide it open in my pocket with my thumb and pull out a pinch discreetly. (I use mine for actual nasal snuff, but they work well for snus also.)
