I had an issue where the padding was making my ears fold down. Became very annoying once I installed Sena. Then to top it off, my glasses would apply even more pressure on the back of the ears. I ended up getting Skull Cap Beanies. And that would tuck my ears closer. So much more comfortable. Plus it keeps my padding cleaner. As for glasses, I just jam them next to my ear and not over. They stay in place nicely.
