Kala Namak is a game changer for tofu scrambles. It has a sulphur-ish taste that makes tofu taste quite egg-like.
Good Karma flax yogurt is my favorite. I have one of those with fruit & nuts & seeds most mornings for breakfast. The texture is almost perfect (it's not quite as thick as Greek though). So Delicious coconut yogurt is very good as well.
