If you want to upgrade, get a IKBC F87 CHERRY MX RED switches, double shot PBT keycaps, RGB, NKR, Antighosting, fully programmable.
A K65 is a toy compared to this.
I have the Pok3r RGB, which is the same but 60% the size/keys. And honestly they are built like a tank. The build quality is astonishing. Leagues ahead of Corsair, which already is good, but this is something else.
As for your RAM, I suggest the GSkill Ripjaws, which is on the motherboard QVL and matches you color scheme: RAM QVL
As for your keyboard, I suggest the Cooler Master Masterkeys Pro S. It is available in the size you want (called TKL) and has RGB. It has a standard bottom row, which makes swapping keycaps easy, and high quality keycaps out of the box. It can be found Here Alternatively, this iKBC would offer the same specs and make Dvorak/Colemak/Workman easier.

You could pick up a Ducky One TKL or a Masterkeys Pro S white, alternatively just get a iKBC F87 which has RGB and PBT keycaps, and only costs $116
