Try a different brand or texture? My cats only like minced. They'll barely touch paté or shredded. You should also look into treats like Churu Lickable Purée. Wet food is super important to a cat's diet and it helps stave off kidney failure which affects A LOT of cats who only eat kibble and will shorten their lifespan dramatically.

My cats go wild over Inaba Churu liquid treats. Pick up the syringes and feed her water angled at the side of her mouth (don't just shoot it directly in, there should be quick videos you can watch). Getting her water is more important than slight trauma but you can make it as non traumatic as possible - baby talk her the whole time, sort of sing song it as you're giving her the water, and don't give too much at once. Then follow up with a liquid treat or tuna if possible to reward her. Good luck!!
