Did you measure your body to get the numbers to plug into the calculator? If so did you do the measuring or did someone else? Did you take the measurement more than once, like you taped your neck, took the tape off, taped again, took it off, and taped again (tape in this instance being the measuring tape)?
I was in the Army and have been taped because I didn’t meet height weight standards, too many muscles, so yeah I’ve been there and done that version of it.
you might try something like this. I like that it has an app and charts my progress. it’s pretty motivating to see all the different numbers change.
