Sure! I use them at work all the time. It's basically a water basin with ultrasonic transducers under it. The ultrasonic waves create cavitation in the part immersed in the basin. This means microscopic bubbles of gas are created on the part where it interfaces with the liquid it is immersed in (in our case IPA) which dislodges contaminants like particles, built up resin, etc.

Now, so that I don't need to fill my ultrasonicator basin with liters of cleaning solution, I fill it with water. I then fill a small beaker with IPA, put my stainless steel VapeXhale baskets in the IPA (after blowing out most of the dry AVB) then place the beaker in the water filled ultrasonicator and turn it on for 5 minutes. Then I take the stainless baskets out, rinse them once in clean IPA, and let them air dry. Cleans them pretty easily and effortlessly. It does a good job with the vapexnails too.

My ultrasonicator can heat the water in the basin, I find if my IPA in the beaker is heated with the water it cleans much much faster. Cover your IPA beaker in foil so it doesn't all evaporate. Here's a link to my exact unit, from Amazon

There are cheaper, smaller units and ones without heaters if cost is a concern. I wanted one that would last, had a heater, and was a bit larger. The plastic basket is good for cleaning glassware without worry of chipping.
