I'm just making this up as I go, but I would try RTV silicone. Clean it with alcohol, put some deep scratches in the plastic for adhesion.

Modern silicone sealants are marketed as patch sealant for auto windshields and are safe to use with urethane:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ID8F8E4/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza

https://www.permatex.com/products/adhesives-sealants/sealants/permatex-black-silicone-adhesive-sealant/

While urethane is used by OEMs, silicone for patching leaks has some benefits:

  1. Silicone is more UV resistant (important when filling an exterior gap)
  2. Silicone makes less of a permanent mess than urethane (with urethane, be crazy careful)
  3. In general safer to use

Those of you who down-voted: shame! One person jumps in with a worry-wart (and incorrect) comment and you feel you're doing a public service agreeing with it? SMH...

I wouldn't, just one part black silicone rtv sealant/adhesive. So for j-b weld brand, get the 31319 RTV. ANYTHING but pure silicone will likely not work well and could possibly destroy your seals, then your current leaking issue will seem like small potatoes.
