I do an upper/lower split 4 days a week, with a whole body day in between. I've been running it a few weeks, and did something similar before that.

It takes me about 45 minutes to an hour, for about 30 sets a day.

In terms of equipment, I have

Dip stand and belt.
Landmine, homemade from an old caster and pipe, similar to link.
Kansoon push up stands.
A t-handle for swings, similar to link.
Titan clean and jerk landmine attachment.
Olympic DB handles, homemade, similar to link.
A crappy adjustable bench that I got for nothing and hardly use.
About 500 lbs of assorted Olympic weights and about 100 lb of hex dumbbells.
2 inch spring clamps to use as quick release clips.

I have to say, the Titan attachment has been kind of a game changer for me - you can do so much with it, it's probably my favorite purchase so far.
