Forgot about your memory. Idk if this went unnoticed or was an unintentional pick, but find a memory kit that is a 2x4 if you want 8 gigs never go with a single stick, most processors are designed with dual-tri-quad channel memory in mind. Amd only does dual channel and with a single stick, you pretty much cut your memory band with in half, 4 gigs of dual channel would be better then a single channel of 8. Like this

I would not buy that PSU, going with a cheap PSU like that is a good way to lose all of your hardware. I would go with at least a corsair CX500. Right now the modular version (CX500M) is cheaper at microcenter than the non M version.

Seriously though, don't put your hardware in danger with a cheap power supply. It's the number one mistake that a builder can make.

I would also go for some 1600 ram though microcenter doesn't have anything with decent pricing. They tend to mark up things like ram, PSU's, and some GPU's to make up for there super low CPU pricing. You can get some better ram online for less and with free shipping.

Here is a deal for faster memory and at a slightly cheaper price point.

I would suggest 8gb ram really as minimum these days, This Kingston Memory is cheap and it matches your motherboard.

The MSI version of the GtX 770 is 225 at aria. Theres no main difference between the two, both have good coolers and its just down to preference.

Also any of these Power Supplies from 500-650w are great, XFX make better power supplies than the corsair cx series. Theres 4 pound difference between the 650w for non modular and semi modular, to me the semi modular is worth the extra cost not to have the extra cables lying around in your case.

You can get a 1TB drive from Western Digital or seagate for not much more.
All in all your build is great, these are just viable alternatives at the same price.

Here's some cheaper ram

Here's a cheaper and modular psu that's on sale

Edit: Just noticed you went with a gold power supply so excuse me but your build looks great!

That Ram is a rip off. You can get the same quality stuff for around $75. If you are still willing to spend that much on RAM get some 1833mhz at least.

Oh I've just noticed that your RAM is 1333MHz, I'd personally recommend 1600MHz RAM instead. Faster for no price change, same brand and all.

Can I ask why? I'm very new to building.
Would this work? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0057Q4ADU/?tag=pcpapi-20

I think the RAM is This one, which means its DDR3. Would this be a problem?

What are you looking at in a case? I mean, a case is a case basically. Case cooling is really overrated now a days. You don't even need fans anymore. The most you really need is two for intake/exhaust.

GPU: MSI N560GTX-Ti 448 Twin Frozer III PE/OC - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (448 Cores) PCI-E 16X Graphics Card

RAM: Kingston Hyper X Blu 8 GB (2x4GB Modules) 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 XMP Desktop Memory - KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX

$300 so far.

IDK for case, b/c Amazon's selection is weird. It's hard finding a PSU as well, but here's some:

PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III 600W Modular 80PLUS Bronze modular

Seasonic 80Plus Power Supply M12II 620 BRONZE modular

$390 total. So $110 or less for a case.

I just did a build with that case yesterday … prepare for 2 hours of agonizing wrist/back pain! Jokes aside my two suggestions:

  1. If you can buy a front USB3 extension and route it from behind the drive cage (I'll do that myself next week). The cable is just really short, especially for that mono (same as mine)

  2. When connecting the 24pin cable, either plug the whole thing at once or first go with the 4pin, otherwise you are going to be confused for a solid 15 minutes!

    Also, this is a better/cheaper memory: http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Modules-1600MHz-Non-ECC-Desktop/dp/B0057Q4ADU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1396808099&sr=8-1&keywords=8gb+1600

There's two sorta catches that go along with PartPicker.
