I make Greek chicken with mine. Chicken thighs, coated with olive oil and this Greek seasoning (although I've heard the one from Cavendar is good, too). Bake at 350 until cooked through, usually 30ish minutes. Top with fresh squeezed lemon juice and place halved lemons on serving dish as garnish. Serve with tzatziki.
