Honestly, the only collector's edition statue i've gotten that didn't feel like a marketing gimmick was the Witcher 3 hand painted one I bought a while ago.

Arkham Knight's statue was so disappointing it was sad, it's just a grey and black unpainted statue of batman, it looks like concept molding they didn't finish painting or something.

So all in all, most collector's editions are just for more money, especially statues, if you want a premium spiderman figure, i'd suggest looking on Amazon or stores that specialize in them. Here is a Spiderman figure that looks better than the collector's edition and doesn't cost you $100 more.
