I'm also experimenting with going sulfate and silicone free. I'm currently trying out both Shea Moisture (which is basically everything-free) and L'Oreal's cleansing conditioner (which is in my gym bag for those mornings). I like both so far!

I have not tried Wen(it's too expensive) but I've used Loreal's cowashing conditioner. I find it works good on my hair. I did want to try Wen but upon reading the reviews (which said it's better or just as good as Wen) I decided to just go with the Loreal. Look through the reviews, there's a lot of people comparing it to Wen.

I've tried cowashing with just conditioner and I find it's more work than the Loreal cowashing conditioner. Normal conditioner requires a little bit more massaging and staying in the shower longer if I don't want to have greasy hair by the end of the day. But the Loreal stuff lathers a little(it's still creamy). It also smells amazing and my hair is super soft and doesn't feel weighed down.

Change out your shampoo it's killing your hair.

Sulfate Free Shampoos & Conditioners:

• KMS California - Anything by KMS California in terms of hair care. They're my go to!
  
• Kristin Ess Shampoo - She's the stylist who does Lauren Conrad's hair. She has her own new line for hair care. All sulfate free.
  
• Living Proof Hair Shamp & Cond. - This is all sulfate free. I recommend this one if you're just starting out. They're not cheap but you're getting your bang for your buck in my opinion.
  
• Bumble & Bumble - Curly hair girls unite! This is also specifically made for wavy/curly hair.
  
  Dry Shampoo:
  
• R & Co Dry Shampoo - This is my ride or die DS. Absolute fav.
  
• Batiste Dry Shampoo - The first is on the higher end, this is a great and cheaper alternative! I love Batiste! They've got ones for specific hair colors as well.
  
  Cleansing Conditioners:
  
• DevaCurl Cleansing Cond. - If you've got any type of curl DevaCurl can help you maintain them without stripping them of their natural texture.
  
• Loreal Cleansing Cond. - Drugstore cleansing conditioners are also great! This one is a staple!
