I used this pancake mix.
It definitely tastes healthy but its actually my favorite breakfast atm! Instead of using water, eggs, and coconut oil, I used unsweetened cashew milk, egg beaters, and light butter which tasted a lot better and is lower in calories.

I used Lakanto Maple Flavored Syrup with them and I am 100% pleased. Also have some bacon here and avocado with nutrional yeast.
