Lansinoh Nipple Cream is what I used. It will really help with the healing, and my daughter didn't seem to mind the taste of it. It also doubles as a quick Chapstick substitute for you and the baby, and can be used as a butt cream as a last resort.
Personally, I find the idea of the beautiful new mother to be a myth. It's an extremely painful and uncomfortable time. Never mind the lack of sleep, stress over a screaming newborn, and lack of personal time.
I don't have the brand of bra I used because I bought it second hand and the tag was cut out. Sorry there ): But if you ask your friends and family if they kept some of their old maternity clothes, you may strike it rich!
