Calcium carbonate is so cheap. I bought this and it lasts a long time:

I put it in a seasoning container and sprinkle it on their nuts. I used to carry a tupperware dish around and it would get my fingers coated with powder, and then I end up wiping it on my sweats. Now i keep the nuts in my pocket, so I can't really sprinkle nuts anymore. I sometimes sprinkle it on the nuts in the feeder.
You would think that it wouldn't take much to benefit them. They've gladly accepted an almond that was just coated in white powder. So they don't care about the taste, so its easy to administer.
It seems hard to justify giving squirrels those expensive nutrition bites. A.) they're expensive, and b.) some squirrels are picky and won't eat them.
After my experience with anti-bacterial powder, I will prefer to put vitamins/medicine in peanut butter and dip nuts in the peanut butter. What squirrel is going to turn away an awesome nut with peanut butter?
I know the other method our moderator mentioned was creating the balls, and before they set, you inject them with a solution of water and the vitamin into each ball, so each ball gets the correct CC dose. But there's no correct amount for things like calcium and vitamin D.
You can buy Gaviscon Advance (UK version) at Amazon from various sellers, both the liquid and tablet form. It seems to vary in price quite a bit over time--if you wait you can often get a pretty reasonable price. A couple of items I've ordered in the past:

Also it is possible to order ingredients and make your own Gaviscon Advance very, very easily at a very low cost. Some instructions:
