Do you have dip attachments for the squat rack? I love mine. I know some racks don't have this option. If so, these are more than $50, but still a pretty good option I think.

As I mentioned you're not losing just fat, you're also losing muscle. Imagine losing the muscle just as you're losing fat. So lets say someone has a pouch on their belly and they lose 30 pounds, it's still going to be there if they lose 15 pounds of muscle from dieting. I look at your problem as a case of the skinny fats.

Cardio is an excellent tool to lose weight, but cardio without resistance won't differ between your biceps or your belly when it comes to fuel. Base of your post, it would suggest that you would like to body sculpt.

But here's the thing, much like doing crunches all day won't make your stomach smaller the same applies to any part of your body. Exercises like deadlifts and barbell squats work more muscles than any other exercises. As you build and maintain muscle, your loses from calorie restriction will be mostly from fat. I know a lot of females worry about being "bulky" but the matter is you won't unless you eat like 3,000+ calories a day which applies to the term "bulking".

Since you don't have access to weights I guess that's the next best thing. But start slow, I only suggest it to people who have reach their weight goal because it can be really hard on the joints. I love calisthenics which is the term used for bodyweight fitness. I swear you will feel great progressing through it. You'll have the chance to develop pretty awesome skills such has handstands, flagpoles, dragon flags, etc. It's a pretty cool branch of fitness. The beginner routine in BWF is pretty solid in getting you a stronger core and doing handstands. I have this, which helps a lot

But if I were you I would lean towards something with a little more resistance. So it would be much easier to get into calisthenics once you reach your weight.

I'm very interested to finally get a pair of rings for myself. I do my rowing mainly on a Lebert Equalizer so I can't really progress them much. I already elevate my feet on a platform and, short of further increasing the height of that platform, there's not much that I can do. All this time I've just been doing the rowing simply to keep training that movement, sometimes doing them with a neutral grip, other times with an overhand grip. I also vary the distance of how wide/close my grip is. It would be nice to have other options.

I get most of my strength from bodyweight pull ups and weighted chin ups, but with rings I could begin working on all sorts of row progressions all the way up to one arm rows. I'd rather use rings because right now I'm not really interested in doing the tuck front lever stuff or lever work at all. Maybe one day in the future. I tend to like moving around a lot more than static hold stuff.

The funny thing is that I still have all of my weights, two barbells, a bench, and adjustable dumbbell handles in the basement. I got tired of lifting weights after trying it several times and always quitting after 1 or 2 years. I even tried to do just 1 or 2 free weight exercises in addition to bodyweight and dip belt stuff, but I literally can't stand dealing with the dumbbells or barbells anymore! After a few sessions I gave up trying.

Compared to bodyweight/dip belt exercises the weights feel so cumbersome to me. I feel tied down to them and trapped if that makes any sense. With bodyweight exercises I feel free, fluid, and I can move around freely. I can also take just a few quick moments to set up and just go with it. The whole process of dealing with putting the plates on, pulling the plates off, and just moving an object designed to be easily moved no longer appeals to me. I do enjoy occasionally training with and moving/lifting odd objects, though.
