The Lenovo Mirage will do it. Currently $123 at Amazon. The VR180 creator app will even process your image and spit out a wigglegram, but it will have some artifacts. I think you can split the image and process the shot yourself in photoshop and premiere to get a cleaner artifact free wigglegram.

It's a mixed bag of a camera, and others have come out since it launched, so don't consider this an absolute endorsement or anything, but I've used it to record live shows before. Audio quality is garbage but the video delivers much more presence than Venue's monoscopic stream.
