There is, you have to select one of the 24" monitors and the 27" version is also on sale - https://www.amazon.com/LG-24MP59G-P-24-Inch-Monitor-FreeSync/dp/B06XFGCKL6?ref_=Oct_DLandingS_PC_a6a4f498_6&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1
CCC has it at $197 cheapest on Amazon.

The 4k is in the middle and the other 2 are each on each side, the setup left to right is: -Sketch/Adobe -Vim -Chrome

I'd get something with a little more refresh rate and FreeSync like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XFGCKL6/ref=twister_B071Y5LRY6
Newegg has it for $3 more but get it from wherever you don't pay sales tax, my state I pay tax for amazon so I'd save a couple bucks getting it from newegg
For me personally 27" and 1080p is still pretty bad pixel density for general desktop use but for gaming it won't matter, and it's going to be a world better than 42" 1080p.
Right, then the build I just linked you is perfect for that, especially streaming with no lag and 100fps easy on everything. https://www.amazon.ca/LG-27MP59G-P-27-Inch-Monitor-FreeSync/dp/B06XFGCKL6/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1492960986&sr=8-7&keywords=lg+freesync is a good monitor to go with it, but if you can find similar or better go for it.
You can check out the CFG70 and use motion blur reduction to bring it down (you'll need it if you want fast response time)

Or you can try this cheap IPS that also has blur reduction.

Choose these two if you want a little picture quality go alongside. If you want the fastest response time, go with a TN panel.
Here is a nice setup for a reasonable price.
Very nice mouse - I have this at work.
