There are many sources. I get mine here.. Lions Mane mushroom Amazon also has niacin.

I just wanted to mention cannabis oil has also been linked with nerve injury regeneration. If you're not in a legal state, I don't know how you could get some. Otherwise, a dispensary in your area could help you find some.
