Because I'm exploring bold lips after years of MLBBs, I would pick Mac Russian Red lipstick for my birthday. And if I don't win, that might be what I steer my boyfriend toward. :) I have that Sleek palette in my wish list, and really, it was hard to choose between the lipstick and a Sleek palette.
