Here is the skirt I love it and wear it at least once a week, it goes with everything and even though its inexpensive it doesn't look cheap!
Try this one from amazon - the same listing has a few different length/shape variations, if I remember correctly, so check them out carefully. I have it in coral, I'm 5' 8" and it hits above my knees, maybe two or three inches above when worn just about at my natural waist. I sized up one size, I think it was because the length might increase with size? Not sure on that.
