I am not a skin expert. These are some of my personal preferences towards my own skin care that can be used by anyone but not necessarily work for everyone.
Overall, you need to treat the cause of the lumps which is different for everyone so there is no direct answer.
If it's a cyst, you need the sac professionally removed to prevent continuous bursting and refilling.
If it's not a cyst and possible clogged pores, I'd suggest exfoliating 2-3 times a week in the shower. Doing it daily can cause more lumps due to your body thinking it needs to create more oil/cell turnover which can clog pores. I personally use exfoliating towels. I will link two examples below. I have not used those linked items, but I do purchase similar ones at Target/Walmart/Amazon depending on price. The towels should be replaced often or washed, and most importantly left to hang dry. Do not use a towel that has been sitting in a damp area.
Given that your largest lump occurs in tight junctions, these areas or folds are likely to trap sweat and residue from things like moisturizers/lotions. When taking a shower, rinse off any hair conditioner before you wash/exfoliate the backside of your body (back/bottom/back of legs) just in case that residue is remaining on your skin post shower. You should exfoliate in the shower so that you can rinse it off instead of letting it sit on the skin. Try to shower soon after a workout or after a hot day to prevent dried sweat from clogging pores.
