They are absolutely collectible. All the action figures and toys made from movies and tv show targetted towards adults aren't intended to be played with, they're intended to be bought by adults who want to collect them or display them, like this. it doesn't matter that it wont appreciate in resale value.

people who collect shit don't do it because they want to resell the item in a few years and make a lot of money, they collect shit because they like it, and its cool to have.

The Mezco figures are pretty nice. They barely move but they look good and they're super cheap for figures.
