Yep, get a better machine. Here's the one I use. I've had it for years, everything is replaceable too in case something breaks, not that I've had any problems, so it's going to last a lifetime. Those cheap junky handheld plastic cigg fillers are a pain in the butt. If that's the one made by Top, I have that too. It's awful.
