It's not discontinued AFAICT, although S&D doesn't seem to do as much to promote it as you'd think.
There are competitors you could consider, though, like Milk Magic, Johnny Moo, or even a straw approach. Heck, there's even caffeinated versions.
You may want to try some of these in your 2.0. There are four coffee flavors in the pack, I was a little iffy with them at first, but came to love all four. They should have about 65mg of caffiene per squirt, one squirt is plenty to flavor a bottle of 2.0.
